Mail Send is designed as a local desktop application. You may input the following types of information into the application:

Important: This data is stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to SYNTR.AI servers. However, when you launch a campaign, the application transmits your email content and contact information directly to the third-party SMTP provider you configured.

WhatsApp Send may process the following types of data locally:

- Messages and campaign content
Communications executed through WhatsApp Send are transmitted directly to WhatsApp/Meta's servers and are governed by WhatsApp's privacy policies. We do not store your message content or recipient phone numbers on our servers.
