Yes. Mail Send supports dynamic fields such as {Name} which can be used to personalize messages for recipients.

Spintax allows you to define multiple variations of text. For example: {Hello|Hi|Greetings} can be used to create different variations of a message.

Mail Send can randomly select variations when sending emails. Please note that Spintax is a content variation tool and does not guarantee inbox placement or bypass spam filters.

Yes. Mail Send provides a rich text editor for creating email templates and allows users to insert custom fields and Spintax into the email body.

Yes. Mail Send includes a Live Spam Score checker that checks factors such as spam-triggering words, excessive exclamation marks, and ALL CAPS text.

The spam checker is a content-analysis tool and does not guarantee inbox placement.

Yes. The Bulk Sender allows users to select a segment, template, SMTP profile(s), and sending speed before starting a campaign.

The documented Mail Send options are:

• Fast: 1-second delay
• Normal: 2–5-second delay
• Human-like: 5–15-second delay

These settings control the sending pace and should not be presented as a guarantee of avoiding spam filters.

Yes. The Campaigns section provides campaign history and information including recipient counts, successful sends, failed attempts, and campaign status.

Yes. The campaign details can show which email was sent to which recipient and through which SMTP profile.

Yes. Campaign results and logs can be exported to CSV for use with tools such as Excel.

Senderwe WhatsApp Sender is our upcoming desktop application designed for WhatsApp communication workflows.

Senderwe operates on a direct software license model. Because we do not automatically renew or charge your payment method for subsequent periods, there is no need to manually "cancel" a subscription. You simply choose not to purchase a new license when your current one expires.

No. The application does not require Node.js to run.

No database installation is required for running the application. It manages everything locally for you.

Users can open the SMTP Settings tab within the application, select Add SMTP Profile, and enter the provider's SMTP details (Host, Port, Username, Password).

Mail Send runs locally on your device. Information stored locally by the application remains on your device.

When you send emails, information required for sending (like email content and recipient addresses) is transmitted directly to the third-party SMTP provider you configured.

No, your SMTP credentials are saved locally on your machine within the application. SYNTR.AI does not sync or store your SMTP passwords on our servers.

No. We do not sell personal information. For more detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Your contact lists are stored locally within your Mail Send application. SYNTR.AI does not have access to your local contacts.

We stand behind our products. You may be eligible for a refund within the first 7 days of your purchase if you experience critical technical issues with the core functionality of the software that our support team cannot resolve.
